The design team has trawled through the last 50 years of Scabal's fabric archives to gather ideas and elements from fabrics launched in each of the last 5 decades and use them as inspiration for this new collection. Made in England at the Scabal Mill, this 100% wool is woven with a traditional 2-ply yarn to create a 320g fabric that's as easy to wear as it is to tailor. The design palette covers all the pillars of a tailor's studio: bold checks, subtle herringbone patterns, a variety of pinstripes, shading weaves, a wide selection of semi-fancy designs, and an interesting selection of solid-colored fabrics. Shades of blue and gray dominate the color palette, with a wide range of shades available alongside classic black.
