Shipping conditions

The following conditions apply:

1. General shipping information:

We ship our products within Germany.

2. Shipping costs & delivery options:

For orders within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 6.90 (including VAT) per order.

For orders over €200.00 (including VAT) we offer free shipping.

3. Delivery times and deadlines:

For custom-made products, a delivery period of 4-8 weeks applies. This begins after the purchase has been completed AND all equipment and/or measurement details required for production have been fully clarified. The customer must clarify these details within 5 business days of being requested, either after the purchase has been completed, or in advance.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract by one of our shipping partners (e.g. DHL, UPS, DPD).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance, island delivery) are beyond our control.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. However, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided these are reasonable for the customer and do not incur additional costs.

4. Shipping restrictions

Due to the high value of the goods, we only ship to residential or business addresses with direct confirmation of receipt. Please note that shipping to packing stations or collection points is not possible. If necessary, we reserve the right to verify identity or age upon delivery.

5. Shipment tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
